Refuse Dump On The Street

Hi Steemians, I went to pay my electricity bill this morning and I saw this pile of dump on the street just before the electricity company. Wow!

I couldn’t help thinking who could have dumped refuse on the road. Was it the community people dumping their waste there or was it a cabbage truck that dumped it there? Was there no better alternative to dumping the refuse? Don’t they know it is dangerous to their health? Have the local government authorities seen this?

These were the many thoughts that were going up in my health, it was really a shocking sight to see and I just stood there thinking before I decided to take pictures and share it with the Steemit community. You can see that the shop owner that the refuse is dumped in front of her shop has abandoned her shop.

The stunk was so hurry that you had to cover your nose while passing by. I hope the pictures didn’t put you off, so messy isn’t it? But you can see passerby going about their normal businesses as if nothing bad has happened.
