Are the Bears the best team in the NFC North?

Week 4 in the NFL season will get started tonight when the Green Bay Packers host the Philadelphia Eagles in the Thursday night game of the week. It will take place up in Green Bay and the Packers enter the night 3-0. Green Bay is a 4 point favorite and the over/under is 46.5 points.
But I think there is another team in the Packers division, the NFC North, that will end up at the top once the regular season ends, the Chicago Bears!
Although the Green Bay Packers won the opening night game of the NFL season against the Bears, that was only one game. The Bears offense was absolutely horrific and could not get anything going against a revamped Packers defense. It was complete domination but as I said, it was only one game.
After an exciting win in week #2 against the Denver Broncos, the Chicago Bears are coming off of a dominate Monday night football performance over the Washington Redskins.
It was all about the Bears defense on Monday night and they reminded the entire NFL that they have the best defense in the league. Khalil Mack might be the best linebacker since the days of Lawrence Taylor. He was aquired last season from the Oakland Raiders for a few draft picks and although it was what appeared to be a steep price, it has worked out well for the Bears.
Mack was running wild at the Redskins quarterback, Case Keenum, all night on Monday. He was throwing around the Redskins offensive lineman like rag dolls and he looked like a man among boys. If he can stay healthy, he will be a holy terror for all of the Bears opposing teams.
After a 2-1 start to the season, the Bears will host their bitter rival, the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday afternoon. Kickoff is set for 3:25pm Central Standard Time and the game will take place at the historic Soldier Field in downtown Chicago. The Bears are small favorites at -2 and the over/under is pretty low at 38 points.
The Vikings enter the game with the same 2-1 record and have high hopes for their season. Quarterback Kirk Cousins will be tested early and often by the Bears defense and the crowd will be as wild as ever.
The biggest question for this game will be the play of the Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky. He has shown flashes of brilliance but has also struggled with his accuracy and play calling.
The city of Chicago is hungry for a Super Bowl run and it is important to take care of business at home.
