Ceylon Sailor Cocktail

Very popular Sri lankan cocktail among the guest.

Ingredients for Ceylon Sailor

3 sprigs fresh coriander
4 chunks of fresh ripe mango
35ml Ceylon arrack
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoon mango liqueur
1 teaspoon mango chutney
For Garnish - 1 slice fresh mango

Ceylon Sailor recipe

1.Place the coriander and mango in a cocktail shaker and crush with the end of a rolling pin.

2.Add the remaining ingredients and a handful of ice and shake hard.

3.Pour into a small wine glass and garnish with a slice of fresh mango.
