Hello steemians friends!

I hope you are well and are having a good weekend.
This is my second time in the @healthsquared contest and I find it interesting this week's topic, as many of Venezuelans currently know that is to live stress for the current situation of the country. And I can tell you that today I had a pretty stressful day. Why? Because I was doing the post since early and due to the rain, there was a blackout, was writing the post in Notepad, the light just arrived and my mistake was not to save the file of what I wrote, here I go with my second attempt to post , with my fingers crossed, hoping that the light will not go away again.

Speaking of stress as I mentioned earlier, Venezuela is a country that goes hand in arm with the word stress, currently the country lives a situation in which the salary is not enough to cover the common expenses, such as food, health, clothing, education. Every day the food is more expensive, for many this will generate stress, some know how to handle the situation, others not.

So I'll talk a little bit about my life and my way of trying to deal with this and de-stress.

Before I start on the subject, is it good to clarify what is stress? For those who do not know. Stress is the automatic and natural response of our body to situations that are threatening or challenging.

What do I feel if I'm stressed? ...

Anxiety, irritability, fear, fluctuation of the mood, confusion, excessive self-criticism, difficulty concentrating and making decisions, forgetting, worrying for the future, excessive thoughts, fear of failure.

For those who are active sports: contracted muscles, cold hands or sweaty, headache, back problems or neck, sleep disturbances, fatigue, palpitations, dry mouth.

There are many ways to de-stress, but one of the things I love is being able to go out to breathe, walk, jog. I am fortunate to have a space surrounded by mountains to be able to do all the activities. As I commented in my previous post I love the races that are performed in my country, some few kilometers, others of many more kilometers, but the good thing about this, are the different locations. One of the most I love, is that performed here in the state of Aragua because it ends at the beach.

As I comment I'm a racing lover, Everything started about 5 years ago, after being busy and going from work to home, a sedentary life and an unbalanced diet, I am a runner and hairdresser of hobby, I love my work and this is how we will be good, with what we do. There is no time to wait for the races of my country, there are no excuses not to do them, nothing more beautiful than the feeling of stepping "The Arrival ". I can not deny that it has been an easy way because everything in life has its difficulties. But here I am and here I will continue, accompanied by "Mi negro" and God. Running around Venezuela.

A runner is one that runs, as the film runs, Furrest, run! we are characterized by being good people because we always help those who run with us, besides run, I love climbing the mountain, some of my friends do yoga but I am not very flexible , for that, so you'll always see me running. I love going to the beach, movies, who doesn't like to dance? On weekends I usually go out with Mi negro to listen to music, yes I have 47 years but you have to know how to live.

My recommendations for you to destress.

  • Go to walk 45 minutes a day, if it is in the morning better.
  • Go jogging-when you're ready, encourage you to make races.
  • Go to the movies to enjoy with your best company.
  • Eat healthy
  • Plan your week.
  • Read a book
  • Listen to relaxing music
  • Always think POSITIVE.

I can deal with the stress, you too.

Grateful for the opportunity that gives us @healthsquared and @sweetsssj to express ourselves and to make a little known about the way we live to maintain a healthy life.
