Fantasy Story of the Week Contest
Since the launch of Steem Monsters, we've seen Steemians creating some great Fantasy stories.
So, I wanted to create a contest to give writers a chance to keep sharing their Steem Monsters inspired Fantasy stories
This is a free-write, Steem Monster fantasy/lore story contest.
We are in the process of creating the backstory for the game and we look forward to having the community be part of that and reading your stories!
The deadline for submissions is Friday, June 15th at 11:00 PM / 3:00 AM UTC
The winner will receive 5 Booster Packs!
5 more Booster Packs will be divided among the runner ups!

We will be discussing the background and campaign setting of the game.
The goal is to prepare a unified history of the Splinterlands with rules about how magic and summoning works, and also details and standards about how the land and culture work.

I tried to write a little bit of a story. Tyrus Paladium, for @neoxian's contest, I am not really a writer, but wanted to try. I did let him know I was planning on submitting it for the @steemmonsters contest also.
