Yeah, there are some weird things to be found on Amazon. That's where the yodeling pickle and the inflatable cat horn are easiest found.
As to that last pic, that's really sad. That's not cool...
The last pic is a sex toy, but about half of those items could be sex toys. Also, the Bentley is supposed to be a Mini (which is only slightly smaller than actual size)

Ironically, this is a weekly pickup volume in my city. For suburbs, the bulk pickup months might be a gold mine for you, although others might be gearing up with trucks. Resort to your battlefield flanking tactics to succeed.
Not quite so profitable as usual - but interesting none the less.
