Starbucks and block chain technology

Starbucks chief executive Howard Shultz expressed his willingness to use block chain technology as its new payment application.

Mr. Maria Bartiromo, a TV journalist, talked about the use of "proprietary virtual currency" in conjunction with payment applications at Fox Business segment, an American news channel.

Different from many centralized payment systems, he was asked about the introduction of payment systems using block chains and Mr. Schultz said that it might be "heading" to the company's policy of using that technology.

Also, Mr. Schultz does not know in what field the block chain technology will ultimately be used effectively, but this technology plays an important role for Starbucks to "expand digital customer relationships" I said that.

@steemizm Do you think that starbucks getting its hands into crypto is a good thing for global adoption or are they going about it to dangerously? I feel as though if this fails and they give up then it could be bad for crypto right now. If it succeeds though then we might see a whole new ballgame in regards to new investors based on this.

I think that it is very good that block chain technology is applied not only to Starbucks. However, I think that the crypto currency issued by a company is the same as prepaid card.

Yeah id have to see a whitepaper. Cant know whats up under the grill without that.
