Ornamental plants of Chile: purple verbena.....
The verbena presents a great variety of colors according to its kind. Here I present two photographs of the violet or lilac verbena flower. This plant is very striking because of the inflorescence that it presents in a single cluster, besides it attracts pollinating insects.
According to the variety of the verbena, its origin is Europe, Asia or America. This species that I present here is the verbena litoralis or rigid verbena with lilac or blue violet corolla.
