RA9226 and Concubinage Case Part 2

Last January 15 the guy receive the counter affidavit which is all the allegation stated of his wife was there. So now hes looking for a lawyer to response to the counter affidavit of his wife which is the allegation to him some are not true.

The friend of mine and him come to the office to ask to response in the counter affidavit of his wife, so atty.did to him the counter of affidavit, the friend of mine tell to atty.that all the allegation of the wife not true, which is she is involve also to this case, the friend of mine encounter broken family her husband left her because of the third party and they are still married we felt to them they have something to them but they dont wanted to tell the truth, we saw there action by looking at them there's a relationship between them but they still kept secretly.

In this situation he felt difficulty because he will leave in the philippines weeks after, he only have a short vacation, and also he's worried about his children because he dont want to involve to this case file of his wife.
