Pancit Bisaya or bam-i is one of my favorites. Actually a family's favorite. Two types of noodles mixed in cooking this dish. There is vermicelli and the crab noodle (canton) cooked as guisado or stir fried. This dish is usually present in every occasion here in my country specifically Cebu.
Once in a week my family would cook any pancit variety but most of the time we have this type of noodle recipe. You can actually add any meat you love like pork, chicken, any seafoods will do as well.
