Another day full of blessings and fulfilment in sharing what we have to our community. Kids has always been a wonderful creation I usually see around the corner. These kids we have here are very joyful in a sense that whenever I see them they always give a precious smile and a lovely greeting. Some of them would like to do the mano po or kissing the hand (placing my hand to their forehead) as a sign of respect in a Filipino culture.

Last weekend my wife and I decided to do another feeding. It's been a while we have not done the activity due to some reasons and one of those is the financial crisis. Not bad to admit that 'coz I think a lot of us nowadays are really struggling into finances. I realized that no matter what crisis we are into now, my family and I are still blessed not to share what little we have to our community.

My family prepared a nutritious rice porridge or lugaw mixed with chicken and some vegetables. We also had the vegetable egg roll or vegetable lumpia, so at least they have some carbs from lugaw and other health benefits from the vegetable lumpia.

It was another with full support of each of the member in the family that includes fellow steemians @jes88 @sweetspicy and of course my all time support system @georgie84.

The part I did for the activity was preparing the egg roll wrappers, putting lugaw to the container, and the distribution. It feels so good seeing not just the kids came and enjoyed the meal but as well as the adults who played billiards in a close distance. Some parents came as well for their toddlers.

We have an estimated 50 to 60 cups of lugaw and 120 pieces of vegetable lumpia for 2 pieces each person. We still had some leftovers which we ate lunch until dinner. It was good to have some extra lumpia that way my mother in law doesn't have to cook for dinner.

Hopefully soon we will be able to have our crisis resolve as well as to everyone struggling with ot and with other things. As long as we keep our faith to God we will not lose hope of a better day tomorrow. God bless us all!
