Simple cake "Milky Way" of instant cooking

You will need the following products:
Bank of high-quality condensed milk;
2-3 glasses of flour (must be sifted);
Chicken egg;
Half a dessert spoonful of soda (preferably extinguished with vinegar).


Cream ingredients:
Two-hundred-gram package of butter,
Slightly less than a liter of milk (about 700-800 g),
two eggs,
vanillin,
50 g of flour,
Powdered sugar - to taste.


Organization of preparation:


First we make the dough:
We combine all the above components in a deep container and mix it with a whisk. If the consistency is too liquid, pour in more flour until a uniform mass is formed.
Now we need to roll out 6-8 corks of the same size - you adjust the height of the product yourself. You can fry more than 10 pcs if the company is going to large. We shake a flat pan with a thin bottom. If desired, pour in the oil and fry on both sides of each biscuit.
Never grease hot pastry with cream, wait until the baked dough becomes warm. During this time we will make a cream.
At once we will notice, that for its preparation some skill is required. But do not be scared: follow the directions - and everything will turn out.


Rules:
Milk should be slightly warm. Dissolve in it powder (one hundred grams) and gradually heat. Separately mix flour with vanillin, a dessert spoon of sugar, eggs, carefully knead with a halo. Gently, with a very thin trickle, pour in the mixture to the hot milk. Try to mix the mass well, so that no lumps appear (do not let it boil). As soon as the consistency of the cream becomes uniform and viscous - remove from the plate. Let it cool down a bit and spread the butter. Beat with a mixer.


We form the cake:
We pass to the final stage of registration. Cut all the cakes around the edges so that they are of the same diameter. We cover the very first with a cream mass and turn it over. Again, pour the sweet sauce, top spread the remaining cakes. A simple homemade cake should be decorated with fresh berries or sprinkled with chocolate chips. Be sure to cool before serving.
