Information of the Information and Communication and Technology Act, 54 to 65, has been described as a crime. Section 54 of this section includes the following: (1) If a person, without the permission of the owner or custodian of a computer or computer system or computer network -

(A) Access to the computer or computer system or computer network or to access any other person to access information stored in his file or to retrieve information from the file;

(B) Collect any data, database or information or excerpts from any computer or computer system or computer network, or information about the computer or computer system or computer network with the data stored in the transferable storage or removable storage medium or dataCollects or collects copies of any data or part;(C) any computer or computer system or computer network intentionally enter or enter any computer infectious or pollutant or computer virus;

(D) deliberately tries to harm or damage a computer or computer system or computer network, data, computer database, or attempt to harm or otherwise damage any computer, system or other program maintained in the network;

(F) Tricks or tries to access any legitimate or empowered person in any computer or computer system or computer network;

Section 55 states that, if any person deliberately or knowingly sends a computer source, code, secret, destruction or modification of computer software, computer program, computer system or computer network used in computer network, or any other person, by secret code, program, system or network, Destroy oIf the source code is preserved or protected by any other law for the time being in force, then will this act be an offense?

It is not possible to establish peace only by punishing the culprit and also ignorance about the law becomes a barrier to the establishment of peace.

Section 57, (1) If a person deliberately publishes or publishes something in the web site or in any other electronic form, which is considered to be false and obscene or related to anybody, read or see if he or she may be interested in degrading or misbehaving Defamation occurs, law-discipline deteriorates oIf there is a danger of the occurrence, the state and the person's image can be damaged or hurt religiously or if such information is provoked against any person or organization, then will this act be a crime
