They were spotted going cycling together and Selena
Sources tell the magazine that they reconnected after he heard about her kidney transplant and that he is determined to win her back.
January 2011, their relationship was confirmed by walking the red carpet together.
November 2012,they broke up the first time because of the rumour Justin was seeing Victoria's Secret model, Barbara Palvin. It appeared there was nothing going on between Justin and Barbara. This isn't all what happened between Selena and Justin.
January 2013,Selena traveled to Norway to see Justin, revealed that they got back together.
November 2014, Selena performed at American music award and confirmed her song "The Heart Wants What It Wants." was about Justin. The song was about braking up. The lyrics go,

January 2017, The 24-year-old songstress was spotted making out with Canadian singer The Weeknd in photographs released by TMZ. According to the celeb news site, Gomez and The Weeknd (real name: Abel Tesfaye) were “getting handsy and mouthy” outside Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica, Calif. They then made it Instagram official (sort of) during a trip to Italy where the pair were spotted wining and dining and kissing in Venice and Florence.
That time, looked like Selena finally found happiness but 10 month of relationship with Weekend ended.
As you see here ,Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber was in a relationship on and off from 2011-2015. They have their dramas but they have good history together as well. I'm hoping this time, this cute couples last long .
