Top 3 Reasons To LAUGH
Some great reasons to laugh, along with scientific studies to back them up.
1. It feels GREAT!
Laughter causes the human brain to release endorphins, which are chemicals that contribute to a feeling of happiness and well-being.
2. Laughing is healthy!
There are many ways that laughter has a positive effect on health. Laughter reduces stress, which has a positive effect on circulation and the heart. It’s also been shown to strengthen the immune system.
3. Improves cognition and learning
This happens for many reasons.
- As noted earlier, laughing reduces stress. Lower stress is conducive to learning.
- Laughter also causes a dopamine surge in the brain. This form of dopamine is a neurotransmitter that plays a role in motivation.
- Laughter has also been shown to improve memory function.

Pleasure and happiness help keep the body healthy
besides, it's so much fun laughin' at the follies of others! :)
Along with the folly I commit on occasion....
That's right, that must be one of the reasons why my daughters, my wife and I are always healthy
In Family we are always laughing and my daughters infect us with their laughs ..
Change listen for old people who said when a child laughs a lot is because he is very happy.
I believe that my daughters, despite all our needs, are very happy.
I laughed a lot with Bart when my daughters looked for him to be the Pope.
You're a lucky man, Jose.
