What happened to thedarkoverlord account ?
Not that I care but I just learned about him last week with the broncnutz post . I noticed that the account is deleted , well I don't know much about internet law but why account got deleted and I assume he is just got deleted from frontend ?

So you saying that steemit.com can delete accounts?
It depends on the meaning of deletion.
They can wipe out accounts on Steemit.com which is an interface and a centralized point to browse the blockchain.
However, they can't delete accounts from the blockchain. (Unless there is a hard fork involved and the consensus witnesses accept that fork.)
That's why other interfaces work alright for that particular account.
