New Cancer Tempo Paladin Deck - Hearthstone Ladder 14.02.2018

Hello there fellow gamers , I don't know rather you read my blogs about hearthstone or not , but I was playing Cube Warlock in the last 1.5 months tried couple different versions of the deck but eventhough it was quite fun and entertaining to play that deck in the beggining I got bored from that like everything else. Today I disenchanted some cards and made an agressive low cost Paladin deck to have fun in the ladder and the results were better than I expected in the lower rank , and let me tell you something it was complete domination.

Decklist

  • 2x Acherus Veteran

  • 2x Argent Squire

  • 2x Lost in the Jungle

  • 1x Patches the Pirate

  • 2x Righteous Protector

  • 2x Southsea Deckhand

  • 2x Dire Wolf Alpha

  • 2x Drygulch Jailor

  • 2x Knife Juggler

  • 2x Divine Favor

  • 2x Rallying Blade

  • 2x Unidentified Maul

  • 2x Blessing of Kings

  • 2x Call to Arms

  • 1x Leeroy Jenkins

  • 1x Sunkeeper Tarim

  • 1x Val'anyr

Mulligan and Playstyle

When you are playing a super aggressive deck with low drops like this one in hearthstone , there aren't much to select in the beggining they are all 1 mana you just need to choose according to other class I always like to hold the 1 mana minions with divine shield and the Lost in the Jungle card. However there is a card you need to hold and catch in every mulligan and that is the famous Knife Juggler. It is an amazing card and it provides amazing ability to push damage to your opponent in the early game therefore you need to hold it.

I want to talk about the playstyle of the deck but first I want to tell about my ideas about the deck. I always liked aggressive decks better because win is a win right ? in 5 minutes or in 30 minutes thats why I like to grind ladder with these decks however I also need to admit that playing these decks doesn't require much brain it is just mechanics and curve.

Lets start with the playstyle I use in the deck , I just hold knife juggler and push board and try to create the most annoying board for the opponent because since your only bonus is your low mana cost minions I prefer to play same for the every class after considering their low cost AoE skills. I play pretty conservitive with rush deck because it goes out of fuel pretty fast , therefore smart trades are the most important thing while you are playing this low cost deck just swarm the board with annoying minions buff them and push damage if your opponents kill them all with an AoE skill , your ability to swarm the board will give you the ultimate pressure against the opponent and use Sunkeeper Tarin wisely because it is one of your ultimate pressure tools when you are playing. Waste your cards and draw back with Divine Favor and never lose the tempo. If you follow these simple tactics you will most likely to win the games. Obviously , it is not easy to play rush decks it requires former game logic and experience however I will end this guide because I started playing it today , I might probably do another one more extended guide in the close future if I continue to deck and get used to it and give you some intense mega giga farming tactics that will reach you the Legend Rank.

Thanks for Reading & Hasta La Vista!

First of all thank you for the new deck guide and yes I read your blogs for Hearthstone, you have really informative guides in those posts.

The same thing happen to me with Cube Warlock deck(getting bored), now I am trying to modify the deck a bit to get more fun as I am not getting too much wins but, games are so fun now.

I will try this Paladin Deck as soon as possible, but playing an aggro deck with Paladin... Something is just annoying me as I can't think a paladin playing aggro (Just kidding). I think playing aggro is ok as you said "a win is a win" and sometimes you just don't want to think and play casual. And an additon to "it is just mechanics and curve" can be RNG I think.

I just wonder, how you counter big dorps and Taunt minions with this deck at mid-game or late-game?

Well sadly there is only 1 counter for big minions and it is Sunkeeper Tarim other than that you just need to value trade with buffs and swarming minions on the board to be honest you might have problems in the cards like Doomlord in Cube warlock deck

Nice photograpy..
