I was never a heavy smoker but I started to smoke a lot this year. Thats why I decided to quit smoking for good this week. I'm not smoking for 3 days its harder than I expected. I will write about this more when I process a little more. Wish me Good luck.
Replace a bad habit with something good. Like whenever you think of a joint, do 20 pushups or so. It helps.
