That's a really nice harvest! It's so good that you have help with the harvest. It's a lot more enjoyable for people to work together like that. I bet they appreciate your work in the garden the rest of the time. Your spinach looks great. I can see from your photos that it is some kind of Amaranth. They are tasty, but not eaten enough here in the USA. Will you get another crop from this same plot? It looks like there are still some plants behind the harvest workers. Thanks!
