Well...even I do not have much insight on the Rituals, however they belong from a speicific caste , and they take out rally by changing and dressing like opposite sexx a day prior to Holi. ....Surprised???? Even me too...
Anything is possible in India...and there are many tradition and ritials that even Indians are not aware off....good to share with my smart Steemians!
