Hello Guys,
Well for this video I have picked a topic which actually I'm not pretty sure that I have had taken it.
But I did wanted to just speak up on this matter.
Actually I was very much shocked to see a content upon this platform which made me feel real strange kindda feeling.
I do believe that Criticism if done in a positive way can turn out to be productive but if it's done openly and with a neglective attitude would be a sign you're directly not regarding the person and that too without gettin into deep what he wanna say.
Whenever a new project is launched it takes time to set in and stability is achieved only through regular improvements and changes, and this is very common in every project.
People should always first of all try to understand what the other person has a vision for or the thoughts of that person.
Then if we are INTERESTED then we should hop into it.
If we are INTERESTED and not able to understand it, then we must get the the appropriate person to get all about it properly.
But we should never CRiTICiZE anyone !
Rather if we are not INTERESTED we should simply walk away.
I KNOW I'M NOONE WHO CAN INSTRUCT YOU TO DO SOMETHING
But I just expressed my POiNT OF ViEW :)

Actually, When you criticize about a people/creator that create emotional distance. So please don’t criticize – instead mentor,understand and love them.
Yep, it creates distance among people, but buddy constructive criticism can be very productive too..😊

I once had a boss who was open to complaints provided you have a solution. If you didn't, he didn't want to hear it. You must have a better plan otherwise don't stop someone else from trying.... That was the way he ran the show.... :)

Thank you for making this video about such an important message brother! Everyone has a reason for his action and without understanding the true why, we never will be able to formulate a constructive feedback to change the mind of the criticized person.
I also absolutely agree with you that we should use our power and skills to do good things for:
keep on going.
I don't know if it is a good way to directly record a video about a "bad habit" of another user but that is just not my way to deal with stuff. I ask for more details or just look away and keep going when I don't understand something.
(Of course I also use my power to downvote other users when they are stealing content or spreading hatespeech but I think this is another topic :P)

Yeah, exactly everyone does own a THiNG that drives them to do a specific task. But the stuff they DRiVE depend upon what their intentions are. That's what defines them.
In any kinda field we must utilize whatever we have in such a manner that would be fruitful to us as well as for others too.
I myself thought a couple of times that I should make this video or not, I wasn't much sure about it.
I did go through a lot of confusion and presented what you see upon here :)
I believe that if we pick a negative aspect in front of an audience and in a way which could become a lesson to learn from it, is somewhat fruitful :)
I too salute your way of conduct in the matter, cause if we all start to do that, then it would be noticed that the user won't be receiving ATTENTION anyone and can gradually be back on track :)

I think a lot of people don't know how to give criticism and it is compounded on a platform where it is written. If you have a suggestion on how to improve something you first need to say you liked the content but this would make it better. A lot of times people just give the criticisms flat out and it sounds like they didn't enjoy the content at all. If you don't have a suggestion on how to improve something then don't chime in I say.
Yep, The way to CRITICIZE is the thing which makes all the difference. It can be fruitful if done in a positive way but can be drastic if done with negative intentions.
I absolutely agree with you that mostly people are not familiar with how it should be done and that's the reason which makes a lot of unwanted issues.
