The coolest thing I had done with python

Python has always been helpful to me. I have been using python for Scripting, Web scrapping, Web Development(Back-end), Networking, Data Science, Big Data and what not. Web scrapping is one which has helped me in almost every project I did. I will share some insights on how Python has helped me in reducing my efforts and allowing me to do other constructive work.

Recently I was developing an android app Tv Series HD Wallpapers which contains around 300 TV Shows wallpapers. I made the app and tested it with some 5 TV Show data I manually collected, it was working but 5 TV Shows were of no use, I wanted to make it such that it is a one stop place to get any TV Show wallpaper and set it on your device. Getting around 300 popular TV Shows and then their respective 30–40 wallpapers seem to be impossible. I have some experience in Web Scrapping using python, so I opened the IMDb page and found the pattern in the page from where I could extract the names of TV Shows. I quickly wrote a script to get all the popular TV Series names from the website. Doing it manually would have made be mad. Everything in this world has a pattern, accept it or not but you will find some pattern in everything. I found a pattern to get images from google of the respective TV Shows.

Without python I would have not been able to complete the development of the app.

I have also used Web Scrapping to get data for a preparing datasets for my machine learning project.
