My feet hurt!!! Hahaha. Drinking water, jogging with the pit bulls, & riding my bike to work. Man I got fat. LOL!!!

There is sugar in everything. Hahaha. Quiting coffee with sugar is tuff. Good luck. Stay on me if I slip. Hahaha

I gave it up a long time ago, and drinking almost 3 months ago, now its sweets because my body is craving the sugar still. Good luck man, after a couple days without sugar in coffee it actually is gross tasting, you can do it too! GO! lol
