I just heard about this now! What a great idea. I would like to help with this as well. And I figured I can help in 2 different ways.
- Give an additional 50 Steem in prize money to the winning entry.
- Put an ongoing campaign on altBounty (coming soon) for ongoing fund raising to allow people to print off flyers in their area.
