Updates: Our Roadmap - Delegation, Labeling & Curation
Dear Community & Steemit Teams!, You are welcomed to Steem Ghana's Blog. We continue to thank @steemitblog & @steemcuamrator01 for the love, support and advice for the growth of our Community. And to all members who share their continuous love and give us support in building a vibrant Steem Community. We will also not turn our back to you in our quest to reciprocate our support.
Lately, there has been a big changes in moving our Community forward in order to support all our members greatly. In this case, we want to drive attention to all Steemians in our Community. We have set The Roadmap for the Community so that we would see the actual growth and progress of in the Community. Like we always say, Steem Ghana is the Community for all, hence we ought to give all our maximum support in building it. The impact would be seen when we work in unity and collaborations with each member assigning role, so that these individual roles can bring a huge development.
We have already began the Roadmap directing all contests in the name of our Community. This has effectively working in bringing resources to the Community. All earnings are used to power up, despite the fact that most of our posts are set 50%. The guest posts were a little bit slow, but members have been encourage to do support the community on that part and they have been come back in full force. Now our account holds 5,000 + SP and Delegation of 6,000 + SP making the effective power of 11, 000 SP. Well, we have not done magic yet, but we are still nurturing, mentoring members to push, more especially our newbies to create good content to get more support externally.
Our Roadmap - Delegation, Labeling & Curation
We have given directions and guidelines for members who wish to delegate to the Community. Actually, this is not a strict rules but it should best to combine our Steem power together for our own benefits. We have also made conscious effort to label members who Delegate to our Community. This brings distinction between those who have delegated and those who haven't delegated. This in a way boost members morale to continuously delegate to our accounts as and when their accounts grow. We would give more attention to all Delegators to their efforts.
Who should be Upvoted & Not Upvoted?
We have not yet decided on who should be Upvoted and who shouldn't be Upvoted per the Delegation. We see that most Steemians, especially the Newbies have not gotten enough Delegation power, they are below 100SP. So we can discriminate on members as giving the benefit to only members who have delegated to the accounts. We are still encouraging members who have not delegated though having power to do so. It should be best to support our Community accounts.
Rewards are Coming Base on Delegation
We are planning to reward members on their effort having delegated to our Community accounts, aside the daily curation of their contents. This maybe in the form of rewarding Delegators with some appreciable STEEM Tokens. This will motivate them to do more. Reps will decide on what Steem Token amount that will help. So keep your eyes around and wait while we conclude on this.
