LET'S STEP UP OUR ENGAGEMENT ACITIVITY WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY
One would ask, what is Engagement on Steemit platform?
It is simply the measure of how people are interacting on the platform that is posting commenting and voting on the platform.
If you are not visiting other users posts to comment or vote, you are really not making any attempt to contribute to the growth of the community at all. This is how we build friendships, connections and strengthen our network on the steemit platform.
Voting needs to also become a habit because that is the only way we are going to motivate great content creators to intensify their efforts and produce more valuable contents at all times.
To be able to get people frequently posting and and commenting we are going to run series of contest on the platform. We therefore ask that we get majority of people participating and making meaningful and quality post.
Aside participating in contest on the platform we encourage community members to post content that are of good quality on a daily basis.
These include;
- Posts of Value (Posts that can build a suitable audience or fanbase).
- Lifestyle articles.
- My Town In Ten Pictures.
- The Diary Game.
- and other related topics are guides that will help us produce quality content on a daily basis.
Making meaningful comments is also another way of ensuring engagement in the community. Meaningful comments are regarded as valuable contribution that helps the author fell valued in his content.
No author wants their publication to fall on death ears. That is why we encourage meaningful and valuable contents. Thus, we expect members to visit posts regularly and provide some feedback beneath such posts. That is the only way to boost the engagement levels in our community.
When we start doing this we would stand a better position to put in our application for the steemit engagement challenge in the next edition

Very useful for all to peruse through . We need to step up our game. We can't rest on our laurels when there is a task ahead of us. This is really great. I had wanted us to have a say in this competition. But I think our well to do leaders were engaged and couldn’t submit the application.
All the same, I think we can show them we are already interactive and next time it comes we will have a part of it.
