Ingredients
- 250 grams kwetiau

- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper powder
Complementary
- 150 grams of sprouts
- Coriander leaves to taste
- 1 piece of red chili, finely sliced
- 1 orange juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
The steps
- Brew it with hot water, drain it.
- Saute onion until browned, ginger input, lemongrass, cinnamon, deaf, meat, carrots, and water. Cook over low heat until seeped.
- Lift meat, drain. Strain the broth. Meat thinly sliced, set aside.
- Bring to a boil again, add soy sauce, fish, salt, flavorings. Boil back to boil.
- Serve kwetiau with a splash of sauce, sliced meat and apples.
