Bulgurlu Patates Çorbası
Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, diced
- 1 handful of couscous, wash
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tsp finely chili pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onions
- Salt and water to taste
The steps
- Peeled onions and Chopped. Saute with butter.
- Enter the tomato paste after the onions has wilted. Saute until fragrant, enter the fine chilli.
- Enter the couscous and potatoes.
- Add water, salt, stir until cooked.
- Lift and serve.
