Ingredients
- 500 grams of shrimp washed out
- 3 white mushrooms
- 2 red tomatoes
- 2 cm galangal (galangal )
- 1 lemon grass (pounded)
- 5 orange leaves cut into pieces
- 4 red onions
- 3 garlic
- 600 ml chicken broth
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 8 chili pepper
- 2 tablespoons spicy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1 lemon
- Fish sauce to taste
- Sugar and salt to taste
The Step
- Boil chicken broth with two onions, lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves until boiling.
- Enter the shrimp, mushrooms, tomato sauce, spicy sauce and cook again until boiling.
- Enter the cayenne pepper, tomatoes, coconut milk, sugar, salt, fish sauce, lime juice, flavor.
- Serve with warm rice.
