Massaman Curry

Ingredients

  • ½ kg of chicken thighs

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 glass of coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons of fried peanuts
  • 5 cardamom pods, burned
  • 1 cinnamon stick, burned
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • Tamarind concentrate
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Leaves greetings to taste, complementary
  • The step

    1. Cook the coconut milk to boil and then input chicken thighs and wait until 15 minutes for the meat to be tender.
    2. Reduce the heat and continue the process of cooking coconut milk with chicken thighs to remove oil from the surface of coconut milk.
    3. Heat a skillet with a little oil and stir-fry a curry paste and pour it into coconut milk. Stir evenly while adding groundnuts and seasonings of lime juice, acid water, sweet soy sauce and sugar.
    4. Add the remaining ingredients to the dish. Stir evenly and wait until everything is cooked. Lift and pour into a serving bowl.
    5. Add the dish with bay leaves as trimmer.
    6. Massaman curry ready to serve.
