SHEET-PAN EGGS
Ingredients

15 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- pepper
- salt
- 1/3 cup mushrooms
- 1/3 cup cooked bacon, diced
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 1/3 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup cheese
- 1/3 cup diced ham
The steps
- Preheat oven to 230C.
- Place eggs in a large bowl. Add milk and whisk together until it becomes smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture to a greased baking tray.
- Add the toppings and bake until eggs are cooked well.
- Slice and serve. Enjoy!
