FLAP STEAK
Ingredients
- 1kg flap steak
- pepper
- 6 cloves of smashed garlic
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 120ml soy sauce
The steps
- In a ziplock bag, add steak, pepper, soy sauce and garlic.
- Seal and rub the steak in marinade. Make sure the bag's air was removed.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat a pan on high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade. Pat it dry.
- Add canola oil into the pan.
- Add the steak and cook it on high heat. Flip the steak frequently.
- Let the steak cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
- Serve and Enjoy!
