Lomo Saltado
Ingredients
- 1 L of vegetable oil
- 500 g beef tenderloin, cut into size 1 x 1 x 6 cm
- 3 cloves of garlic, puree
- 2 cm turmeric, puree
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red chili, remove seeds, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 400 ml of water
- 200 g red tomatoes, thinly sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons cooking vinegar
- 150 g of french fries, ready to use
The steps
- Heat oil, fry the meat until it changes color and matures. Lift and drain.
- Reheat 3 tbsp of remaining oil frying meat. Saute garlic and turmeric until fragrant and withered.
- Enter the fried meat, onion, red chilli, salt, pepper powder, and dried oregano. Stir well.
- Pour water, cook until the meat is cooked and the gravy recedes.
- Add tomatoes, vinegar, and french fries, mix well. Cook until the tomatoes wither.
- Lift, Serve.
