Lomo Saltado


Ingredients

  • 1 L of vegetable oil
  • 500 g beef tenderloin, cut into size 1 x 1 x 6 cm
  • 3 cloves of garlic, puree
  • 2 cm turmeric, puree
  • 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red chili, remove seeds, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 400 ml of water
  • 200 g red tomatoes, thinly sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons cooking vinegar
  • 150 g of french fries, ready to use

The steps

  1. Heat oil, fry the meat until it changes color and matures. Lift and drain.
  2. Reheat 3 tbsp of remaining oil frying meat. Saute garlic and turmeric until fragrant and withered.
  3. Enter the fried meat, onion, red chilli, salt, pepper powder, and dried oregano. Stir well.
  4. Pour water, cook until the meat is cooked and the gravy recedes.
  5. Add tomatoes, vinegar, and french fries, mix well. Cook until the tomatoes wither.
  6. Lift, Serve.
