Spanish Frittata
Ingredients
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 3 eggs
- 1 small onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Basil leaves to taste
- Salt, pepper, mushroom broth, and oregano leaves to taste
The steps
- Boil the potatoes until cooked, approximately 15 minutes, poke with a fork to determine the maturity of potatoes.
- While waiting for the cooked potatoes, cut the onions to taste.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, drain. Beat eggs in a bowl, enter other ingredients (basil leaves, oregano leaves, onions, salt, mushroom stock pepper and boiled potatoes) mix evenly.
- Heat the olive oil on the pan, insert the eggs that have been mixed with other ingredients with medium heat.
- Cook until cooked, Serve with fresh tomatoes that have been cut into pieces.
