Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 20 grams of onion Bombay, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crush it
- 150 grams of shrimp, peeled
- 250 grams of white clams, boiled until the shell is open
- 200 grams of squid, clean, sliced
- 100 grams of green pepper, cut into pieces
- 300 grams of rice, washed, drained
- 250 grams of tomatoes, grated
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 600 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper powder
- 2 teaspoons of salt
The step
- Saute garlic onion and garlic until fragrant and withered.
- Enter the seafood, stirring until fragrant.
- Add peppers, rice, and finely tomato. Mix well.
- Add water and other spices. Stir well, reduce heat.
- Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until the rice is cooked. If necessary, add hot water.
- Lift, serve warm.
