San Jeok
Ingredients
- 250 g beef tenderloin
- 200 g of small trunked carrots

- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, mashed
- 12 skewers
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 chicken eggs, shake off
- The oil for frying
The steps
- Clean the meat, cut the size 2 x 3 x 1 1/2 cm, set aside.
- Peel the carrot, cut into 3 cm long. Slice the leek along 3 cm long, set aside.
- Spread the meat with salt and black pepper, let stand for 15 minutes.
