Samosa
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Potatoes, boiled and puree
- 2 pieces of carrot, diced
- 6 cloves of onion, puree
- 2 cloves of garlic, puree
- 1 red chili, puree
- 6 pcs of cayenne pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 3 celery stalks, finely sliced
- Flavoring (Optional)
- Spring roll skin
- Oil for frying and sauteing
The steps
- Saute onion, garlic, red pepper and cayenne pepper. Add black pepper, cumin and salt. Then enter the carrot. Cook until cooked.
- Mix potatoes and celery leaves. Then put in the stir fry. Add curry powder.
- Fill the spring rolls with the dough. Then fold in triangular shape.
- Fry until done, Serve.
