Masala Dosa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice, soak 4-6 hours
  • 3/4 glass of urad dal, soak 4-6 hours
  • 1 handful of cooked rice (to produce a tender sin)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to taste

The steps

  1. Soak the rice and urad dal up to 6 hours for soft when smoothed.
  2. Puree rice, dal and rice separately. Try to use water as little as possible.
  3. Then, mix all the ingredients and stir it evenly. Let the dough fermented for one night (10 - 12 hours). Place the dough in a warm place.
  4. In the morning, the dough will be ready for cooking. Add salt to taste. If the dough is too thick, may add a little water.
  5. Heat the skillet dosakallu.
  6. Pour a sufficient dough of sin, then flatten with glass / cup to really thin.
  7. Oil splashes. Then flatten the oil all over the surface of sin. Cook until cooked.
  8. Lift it by rolling it up and ready to serve.

i love indian food, my favorite

i like indian food. the spices and exotic taste i would never have in any of the traditional ones i have in my country.
but i wouldn't agree with eating whatever you like. maybe a cheat day once a week :)
