Chapati Bread
Ingredients
- 4 cups of wheat flour
- 1 cup of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Boiling water
The steps
- Mix all ingredients, then stir until well blended.
- Allow the dough for 10 to 15 min, cover the dough to keep it dry.
- Flatten the dough then bake over the teflon without oil over low heat.
- If the bread expands in some parts, indicating the bread is ready to serve.
