Ingredients
- 80 g puff pastry
- ½ pieces of pears, peel and clean
- 1 tsp butter
- ½ tsp sugar
Sauce
- 100 gr sugar
- 300ml cream
The steps
- Cut the puff pastrysiap paste with size 10 cm x 4 cm.
- Put the puff pastry into the oven at 200 ° C for 7 minutes.

- Give sugar and butter on top of it.
