Cinnamon French Toast
Ingredients
- 300 g french bread
- 170g chocolate chip
- 3 eggs, shake off
- 195 ml of liquid milk
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Vanilla extract to taste
- Honey to taste
The steps
- Spread a pan of 30 x 22 cm with butter. Apply thin.
- Cut french bread into 6 pieces each 2.5 cm thick. With a sharp knife, cut the middle of the bread and do not break.
- Enter 2 tbsp chocolate chip in the middle of the slice of the bread while pressed on the side of the bread. Place and stack on a baking sheet.
- Beat eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla essen in a bowl until well blended. Pour over each bread, turn the bread, pour it on the other side. With a spoon, put the dough into the slice.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap, leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or one night.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Remove the plastic wrap, bake the bread for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove, serve with honey.
