SUNSHINE THE MIRACLE CHILD "CHAPTER 3"

The next day, Hunchback woke early and sat in front of the house. He waited for Usi and Olega to come out. they were surprised to see him already dressed. he said he had to leave Alabego before noon. Olega quickly prepared breakfast. After they had eaten, Hunchback told them that the message he brought to Alabego was for them. he had not told them this in the night because he didn't want to ask any questions. he said he would go with them to their farm. he could only give them the message in the farm.

Usi and Olega were surprised. They could not understand why Hunchback was not prepared to give the message in their home. Why was it better for them to receive the message in the farm? Since they had planned to go to the farm that morning, they agreed to take Hunchback with them. They were anxious to know that the message was, but they were ready to wait. Surely, when they got to the farm, they would hear what he had to say.

They arrived at the farm before noon Hunchback suggested they work for a few hour. He said that they would not be able to work again that day once they recieved the message. Usi and Olega looked at each other. What is the message all about? Why was the Hunchback keeping the message until they have done some work in the farm?

Usi shook his head and went to work. Olega was a little afraid. Was the strangergoing to harm her and Usi? Was he going to give them a bad news ? Who was this man who came to their home for the first time yesterday? Why was he behaving so strangely?

"Come on, Olega," Usi said. "Work. It will soon be noon."

Olega bent down and began to dig up carrots and onions. They worked in silence. from time to time they straightened up and rested for a moment. Then they bent down and continued to work. Hunchback sat under a tree and watched them. He did not help with their work.

Just before noon, the man called them. Immediately they left what they were doing and went to him. "Listen carefully," he said. "You must listen and do as i say. Exactly as i say."
