John Kotter wrote a book entitled "OUR ICEBERG IS MELTING". The story of the book is a fictional story about a brave penguin of observing the melting of the iceberg on which the members of his tribe lives, By changing the mountain and taking change as a way of life in order to ensure survival.

The stagnation of water causes its corruption, and it causes the survival of community to decline and return to their backwardness and abandon their civilized role.
These penguins give a clear idea that community that accept change for the better and make the innovators at the forefront are the community that lead this world.
The spirit of change is a prerequisite for innovation, because innovation is out of the ordinary and doing new things in order to make people's lives better. This stems from knowing the threats, risks, and extreme sensitivity, who is properly diagnosed and the right medication is prescribed.
In our community a lot of icebergs melt on a daily basis
Mountain of Education :
Many of the inventions that have changed the lives of millions across the world have sprung from universities, cure of incurable diseases, solutions to the problems of the entire age, started by university youth confident in their ability to innovate and dedicated their lives to them. In backward community (as it stands) universities are the primary source of social problems and reefs, which suggests that the iceberg is in an advanced state of melting.
Family Mount :
High rates of divorce, domestic violence, neglect of the family for its role in community and export of problems instead of exporting them to valid models is another example of the melting of an iceberg, the glacier may be the most influential on community
Mount Media :
Focus on news of murder, rape, terrorism, theft and kidnapping, would it make people's lives better? Another mountain melts every day and causes its water to sink many in the negative and helplessness and silence of negative reality, instead of focusing on what is available and starting from it to create a new reality
In addition to many and many other mountains that need a courageous and innovative generation
