A Better Worm Drive

So, in my very last post, I neglected to make the worm gear mesh properly with all diameters of the worm. If you know about how worm drives are supposed to be constructed, and you've seen my last post, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Anyway, by increasing the blank diameter, and making a negative revolution of the worm "core" (i.e. minor diameter), I was able to finally make the worm gear itself look better:

Much better! Now my next challenge will be to make a Hindley Worm! I've already made a cone worm, so I think I know a good way to improvise the latter as well...
