Is the new 12 hour rule effecting Steemit's payouts?

It seems like now that the payouts are paid after 12 hours instead of 24 they are not going as high.. but in all reality people are able to wake up, post something great, and be paid the SAME day!

That has to be good news for new users, because one of the main things people ask.. (besides where does the money come from)

Is "How long does it take to get paid?"and now we can say.. "We get paid the same day!"

Obviously taking into consideration you didn't post at night, but in that case hopefully you'll wake up to a nice payout!

So is it better to see higher payouts or faster payouts..?

I think the higher the payouts the less likely some people might believe that the site is REAL.

So hopefully being able to sign up, and if you post something good get paid the same day is encouraging enough to start bringing in the masses!
