This is STAYGE One where make a blockchain network for Artist-fan Ecosystem. Today, We want to have a STAYGE ICO FAQ session. We will share the questions from the people who met at the conference, investors or blockchain professionals until now and explain more deeply about STAYGE Network structure.
안녕하세요, 아티스트와 팬이 상생하는 생태계를 꿈꾸는 STAYGE One입니다.오늘은 STAYGE ICO의 FAQ시간을 가져보려고 합니다. 그동안 컨퍼런스에서 만났던 분들 투자자 혹은 블록체인 전문가 분들께 받았던 질문을 공유하고, STAYGE Network 구조에 대해 좀 더 자세히 설명해드릴게요😆

The strength of STAYGE is that we make a sustainable win-win service including game, commerce, etc. for the artists, stakeholders in the entertainment industry and fans who have true power of leading this market. and even more for developers of game/commerce/social media/contents etc.
STAYGE Network만의 강점은 팬덤 문화를 바탕으로 오랜시간 이어져 온 K-pop culture 속 엔터테인먼트 관계자들, 순수한 힘을 가진 팬, 게임/커머스/소셜미디어/콘텐츠 제작 등의 개발자들이 함께 모여 상생할 수 있는 서비스를 만들어간다는 점입니다.

Ensuring Fandom’s Independence 팬덤의 독립성 보장
Fandom never belongs to any company or any service. Therefore, Fandom’s activities have to be more flexible and free in their community without any disturbances.
팬덤은 특정 기업이나 서비스에 종속되지 않는 것입니다. 따라서 일방적 의사결정에 의해 팬 활동이 방해받지 않고, 자발적이고 독립적으로 팬 활동을 할 수 있어야합니다.

Creating Tangible Value 가치의 유형화
Fandom’s influence is intangible in current ecosystem, and paying rewards for these intangible values is a huge financial burden to the artists or service providers. In STAYGE Network, the value of fandom transforms into a tangible value through cryptocurrency, and it allows to circulate in the ecosystem. The value of fandom is no longer a financial burden for someone, but rather leverage gearing toward the growth of the ecosystem.
팬덤의 영향력은 그동안 무형의 가치였으며, 특정 기업이 기록하여 유형화 시키기에는 재무적 부담이 컸습니다. 팬덤의 가치를 암호화폐를 통해 유형화시키고 이를 생태계 안에서 순환시키면, 이는 누군가에게 부과되는 재무적 부담이 아니라 생태계를 발전시키는 원동력이 됩니다.

Circulation of value through reward system 보상시스템을 통한 가치의 순환
Fans are rewarded for their contributions with ACT and it is used for purchasing contents or any activities for supporting their artist continuously. In STAYGE Network, created value in communities is being circulated using a smart contract, and it drives market growth.
팬덤 내 가치의 순환팬덤이 만들어낸 가치(ACT)는 다시 팬덤 내부에서 소비되어 팬덤을 성장시키고, 지속 가능하게 만듭니다. 스테이지 네트워크에서는 스마트컨트랙트 기능을 활용해서 커뮤니티 안에서 생산된 가치가 해당 커뮤니티 안에서 순환되게 함으로써 커뮤니티 및 시장의 성장을 도모합니다.

A trigger to establish a healthy fan ecosystem
팬덤 생태계를 건강하게 만드는 장치
Blockchain technology works as a trigger to make fan ecosystem healthy. It can record the growing influences of fans transparently. Also, it can be a clear solution of such problem like a monopoly of music products, voting system on many music award and program. Every single activity of fan is imprinted on blockchain ledger, and fan communities can do ‘a fair competition’ each other by consensus of nodes. In addition, Since activities of haters are also recorded in STAYGE Network irreversibly, they will be checked up by unveiling anonymity and volatility.
블록체인 기술은 팬덤시장을 건강하게 만들어주는 장치입니다. 블록체인 기술은 점점 커져가는 팬덤의 영향력들을 투명하게 기록할 수 있도록 해줍니다. 현재 문제가 되는 음원 사재기, 각종 시상식/음악방송의 투표 제도 등의 문제를 블록체인으로 해결할 수 있습니다. 팬들의 활동 하나하나가 모두 블록체인 상에 기록이 되고, 노드들간의 합의에 의해서 팬덤들도 공정한 경쟁을 할 수 있습니다. 또한 안티 팬의 활동 역시 STAYGE Network 안에서는 (영원히) 기록되기 때문에, 휘발성과 익명성을 담보로 활동했던 그들 역시 견제할 수 있습니다.

The reason why we establish foundation is that we wanted to solve the problems of Entertainment industry and create a sustainable win-win ecosystem for artist/fans. STAYGE Labs which based on STAYGE One has been provided diverse services for artist, However, we are going to establish STAYGE ONE foundation for making more healthy ecosystem for artist and all the stakeholders in entertainment industry.
우리는 이 프로젝트를 위해 단순한 경제적 이익을 얻기보다 현재 엔터테인먼트 산업이 가지고 있는 고질적인 문제들을 해결하고, 팬과 아티스트들이 좀 더 건강한 생태계에서 활동할 수 있도록 하는데 궁극적인 목적이 있습니다. STAYGE One 재단의 기반이 된 STAYGE Labs는 지난 2년간 아티스트를 위한 다양한 서비스를 제공해왔습니다. STAYGE One 재단을 설립함으로써 보다 많은 엔터테인먼트 업계의 파트너사와 아티스트가 함께할 수 있는 건강한 생태계를 구축하고자 합니다.

In the past or even now, Artists communicate with their fans on Facebook/Instagram etc. Honestly there is no direct financial benefits for them. but they can collect money through participating in STAYGE Network. especially its beneficial to artist who are not super well-known. they can earn additional money to pay their activities through communicating with fans. Also, Fans are using services with different account/ID, for example, one fan listens to music on apple music, purchase the ticket on ticket-master. BUT there is no way to know the same person did it. which means that artist or agent companies never collect right datas of their fans. they can set up more clear marketing strategies for their success with datalized information through blockchain network of STAYGE.
팬들이 많이 모여있는 곳에 아티스트가 참여하는 것은 아티스트가 페이스북 계정을 만들고 인스타그램 계정을 만드는 것과 같습니다. 또한 아티스트가 갖는 핵심적인 경제 유인이 존재합니다. 팬들은 여러 서비스를 각각 다른 아이디로 사용하고 있습니다. 예를 들어 한 팬이 apple music으로 아티스트의 음악을 듣고, ticketmaster 티켓을 구매했으나, 아티스트는 이 두 일이 한 팬에 의해 발생했는지 알 수 없습니다. 팬들의 데이터를 블록체인으로 연결하는 것은 아티스트가 어떤 팬이 자신의 로열 팬이고 활동에 어떤 전략을 취할지 알 수 있게 만듭니다. 또한 아티스트는 팬 커뮤니티에서 팬들과 소통하는 것만으로 자신의 활동에 필요한 자금을 마련할 수 있으며, 이는 중소규모의 아티스트에게 큰 도움이 될 것입니다.

In current ecosystem, fans mostly have non-pecuniary compensation, only few fans have pecuniary compensation. but they bring two sides to ecosystem at the same time. We believe that we have to focus on non-pecuniary compensation to reward for fan’s contributions. Therefore, we give them token to only use for purchasing artist’s music album and goods stuff.It’s indirectly give them pecuniary compensation. Fan want to show their love, loyalty to artist, so they purchase artist music albums, goods and even anything that artist advertised. they go everywhere they can meet their artist. those activities are for getting recognitions from artist among fans. Accordingly, we focus on recording their activities through blockchain. We view that it’s not only for pecuniary compensation but also warm-glow they wanted it.
팬덤에 대한 보상은 비영리적인 보상에 중점을 두어야 하는 것이 맞다고 생각합니다. 그렇기 때문에 우리는 물질적인 보상 역시 해당 아티스트의 앨범이나 굿즈 등만을 소비할 수 있는 토큰을 통해서 간접적인 형태로 주는 것입니다. 또한 이러한 보상의 기반에는 팬들의 기여도를 정확하게 평가하고 공정하게 기록하는 시스템이 깔려있습니다. 이는 팬들에게 ‘보다 공정한’ 보상을 보장해줍니다. 팬은 자신이 얼마나 아티스트를 사랑하는지 보여주고자 합니다. 이를 위해 아티스트와 관련된 상품을 구매하고, 아티스트를 만날 수 있는 곳에 방문하지요. 팬으로써 인정 받는다는 것은 아티스트가 기억하는 것 뿐만 아니라 팬들 사이에서 기억되는 것도 포함하는 것입니다. 팬이 원하는 Warm glow는 자신의 사랑이 아티스트와 다른 팬들에게 기억되고, 인정 받는 것을 의미합니다.
