My reasons:
I want to start by quoting the writer....

Everyone emits energy in a spiritual and physical realm, which organically has an impact on you when you are in their presence. This energy is also emitted by you and acts as a wall that is built by your emotional and spiritual well-being.

The writer here, from my own understanding speaks about the cycle one can find himself in... From this article I can say "surround yourself with positive people, people that can give you good energy!".
I love this article because my friends made me. I do not have parents, but the the goods I have have filled the gap, thereby giving me good energy always.
