Sweden, Summer 1985

I was 25, single and working in an ad agency in Gavle, couple hours north of Stockholm. I was running around with an EOS camera all in my spare time, and the 70 - 210mm zoom lens used here. This is probably quite late at night, due to being near the polar circle, depends on the exact date which I can't remember.
My memory of that time is a bit like this too, blurry but gold tinged...

A year later the Cernobyl disaster released a cloud that had it's first rainfall over Sweden happen right here... I was outside too that day, in that rain, we were celebrating Valborgs (Walpurgis).
