There were some interesting comments between Ned Scott (Steem) and Justin Sun (Tron) posted on Twitter Today.
It sure did raise some eyebrows! 😯
As you guys know, Justin Sun is the founder of Tron and toted as one of the "most active" guys on Social Media in the crypto space.
Justin Sun posted the following message on his Twitter Account: "Name The Best Decentralized Community Platform". It had a great response.

Well you know what happened next? A few "Steem Ballers" and some of "The Community" came together once again and responded with the word "STEEM".
Even Justin Sun wanted to explore some ideas and tagged Ned Scott and the response was "Let's Talk"! 🤔
Is there a partnership in the making?
Can Steem and Tron work together? Is this all speculation? You know what, of course it is! People sure do love that drama. 😉

Great but they are not people of the same caliber.
Ned just want to run away from Steem
And abandon ship.
I am okay with it as I always thought he was useless...
The Steem REAL power is its community and creators. @partiko @steemmonsters @busy @steepshot @fundition and many more.

I don't think that Ned just wants to abandon ship, he recently made 70% cuts to staff in order to save Steemit inc from bankruptcy. That means he had to make difficult decisions for the better of the blockchain and that should mean something after all.
I have been there fore 18 months. Steemit has barely evolved.
He did a poor job to resolve or balance conflicts (with @haejin for example).
He cut 70% of the workforce ? I didn’t even know we had workers at Steem Inc...
70%? How many people? What were they working on?
They never communicate, we have no idea what Steem Inc is doing.
Because they are not doing much.

I think it's called Steem Smart Contracts. @harpagon is working on it.
Oh right, looks like it's still a work in progress, might have something to do with why nobody's used it yet. :P
very very interesting.. However, what will TRON offer STEEM? What type of working product does TRON have? Sorry, I don't follow TRON much, maybe you do?
craig and trevon have been covering tron and the dapps they using on them currently. tron is all about dem dapps too. check out trevon's yt channel. regardless of their history...these two are covering steem and tron right now.
They are focused on fast transaction, social and gaming. Similar to EOS and steem 😀

Justin Sun is good at making connections and getting people talking about him. Any partnership would likely just be surface level.
Probably will fly to meet each other, get crossfaded, and take a couple of pictures for twitter....etc to cross pollinate the communities.

Doesn't really matter, there are much better options on this blockchain. Use whatever you prefer, your account lives on the chain, so it comes with you wherever you go.
