✴️ MY NEW PRE-WORKOUT: PUREPUMP FROM DO VITAMINS!
What's up STACKERS!
Starting sometime this week, I'm going to start sharing more things with all of you such as supplements that I use to get some of those gainz.
There are tons of pre-workout supplements out on the market today but many of them are filled with tons of chemicals and additives that are kinda bad for you.
However, I've been using a new pre-workout that I found on Amazon without all those harmful chemicals called PurePump from Do Vitamins.
I've been on PurePump for over a month and I can totally tell the difference in my workouts. I'm lifting way more weights with increased volume. 🏋
I'm not saying that one needs to use a pre-workout for "extra energy" to have a good workout (3 cups of coffee will do) but it will totally help in my opinion.
You can purchase this product from Amazon.
PurePump is pretty pricy (around $40) but this tend to last me for a few months. I currently only use it twice a week on my heavy lifting gym days and never use it on my days off. Too much of anything can be harmful.

Pure Pump by Do Vitamins sounds like a great product! Anything that boost nitric oxide is a good thing for sure. (One of the benefits of infra red sauna is also a boost in nitric oxide - which makes stronger healthier blood vessels. It also helps them relax so they dialate and blood can pump more effectively) Get that pump!! I imagine it's also a great boost for erections too! Everyone can use some added micro nutrients as vitamins, minerals and amino acid on the proper portions is also a good boost for the body. But, the biggest thing is when you use it and enjoy benefits without any side effects (other than maybe the price) i'd say go for it!! Likely more nourishing than three cups of coffee. Especially if the coffee beans are not organic and fair trade. It is one of the heaviest sprayed and exploiting industries for farmers and land. So be sure your coffee is organic & fair trade!! Sadly Starbucks does not offer organic fairtrade coffee which says a lot about their business model don't you think 🤷♀️

I normally go with the black coffee route but have been considering going in a little deeper to push harder. This one sounds worth a try. Thanks!
